Bulk delete pages

/pages/bulk-delete

Delete several of your own pages in one request. Ownership is enforced
server-side (ids you don't own are silently ignored), and deleted is
the count actually removed. Pages that were refused, or whose deletion
is still in flight, are reported separately in the same response rather
than counted as deleted — see BulkDeletedEnvelope.
