Delete (tombstone) a subject

DELETE

/subjects/{subject}

Tombstones the subject (status becomes deleted) rather than
hard-deleting the row — a subject with any hosted page still bound
to it cannot be hard-deleted (the database enforces this), and the
row is kept so historical references keep resolving. Idempotent: a
repeat call against an already-deleted subject returns 404, the
same as a subject that never existed.
